Shipping policy

Shipping of all our beautiful products is free to you.

When your item is ready we will send it to you with Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure it is fully tracked. All items will need to be received in person and signed for.

Please see product listing details for the estimated availability, which is usually:

Express items: 3-5 working days, approximately 1 week

Solitaire engagement rings: 10-15 working days, approximately 2-3 weeks

Wedding and eternity rings: (including the matching ring for bridal sets): 15-30 working days, approximately 3-6 weeks
