    1. Get in touch

    Simply fill in our contact form or call the store on 01702 480 898. We'll get back to you in the way that's easiest for you - call, email or WhatsApp. Just let us know what you're dreaming of in a ring and how you'd like to be contacted. No budget is to small or too big to help you create a beautiful design.

      2. Tell us about your dream ring

      We'll work with your initial enquiry to build out the brief. We might ask you for key information such as metal preference, diamond shape and speficiations, and budget. But if you're not sure on these things just yet, we can talk you through it all, keeping things as simple or as detailed as you need.

      From understanding your vision to presenting handpicked options, we'll help you find the diamond and the design that ticks all the boxes - meaning, style and budget.

      Think of us as a diamond ring concierge service, to guide you through the process and find the best value for money when creating your dream engagement or wedding ring.

        3. Designing your ring

        We'll help you design your ring in the way that's easiest for you. If you're local to Leigh-on-Sea, East London or South Essex, we have a large collection of sample rings to help facilitate your design. Or you can take inspiration from different styles or designs you've seen online, and we'll pull it together in pictures or a CAD design for you.

        This service is completely free of charge and there's no pressure to buy from us.

        We'll send your design and pricing for you to review and make any changes you'd like.

          4. Selecting your diamond

          We'll help you during the design process to understand more about diamonds and guide you on how to choose the best speficiation for your needs and budget.           We have access to a large range of high quality diamonds, so you're not limited to what's in stock if you'd like something different to what is available in a particular store.

          Our mission is to help you find the best value for money when choosing the diamonds to create your dream ring. We are an independent store, so we offer impartial advice.

            5. Making your ring

            Once we've finalised the design and selected your diamonds with you, your ring will be scheduled for production. We work with a small set of skilled artisans in the UK to forge and set your precious design. All our rings undergo strict quality control. We'll let you know as soon as you ring is ready.

            As a result of our thorough process, production times can vary between 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the ring design.

            Once your ring is ready, we'll let you know and arrange either collection or delivery. Delivery is free using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure it arrives safely.

              6. Ready to wear

              Once your ring is ready to wear or to give, we'll make sure it's securely and beautifully packaged for collection or delivery. Our bespoke rings are presented in our complimentary Niche Jewellery ring box and gift bag.

              You'll also receive a complimentary Diamond Dazzle Stik - our favourite easy-to-use cleaning product to keep your diamond ring sparkling.

              We're available by telephone, email or in our Leigh-on-Sea store if you have any quetstions or need help at any point after your purchase.

                    We're based in the pretty seaside town of Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, but we help customers all over the UK to find their perfect piece, including engagement rings, wedding rings and eternity rings. But we can design and make any jewellery.
