Delivery

Your ring will be ready within the timeframe shown on the product listing. As a guideline, this will be:

Express rings: 3-5 working days (approx 1 week)

Engagement rings: 10-15 working days (approx 2-3 weeks)

Wedding and eternity rings: 4-6 weeks

Once your ring is ready for delivery or collection, we'll contact you by telephone or email to let you know.

Your ring will be delivered using secure Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will arrive one day after you receive notification that it has shipped.

Or if you are local to Leigh-on-Sea, Southend or anywhere else in South Essex or East London, you can always collect your ring in store.
Tip: Someone will need to be available at your shipping address on the day of delivery to receive and sign for your ring.

All of our rings are crafted to the highest standards. We work with a select group of skilled artisans we and apply strict quality controls to every finished piece.

We hope you will love your purchase. If you have any concerns at all at any stage, we'll work with you and do our utmost to make sure you're 100% happy.

If you've ordered a ring from our website and you change your mind once you receive it, you can return it undamaged and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

If we've created a bespoke design for you, your ring will be non-refundable. However we work closely at every stage of bespoke design to make sure you'll love it.

  • Where will my ring be shipped from?

    We're based in the pretty seaside town of Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, and we ship all of our orders from our boutique jewellery store.

  • How will my ring be shipped?

    We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send all of our orders. If for some reason this services is unavailable, we may use DPD Express.

  • Do I need to sign for my order?

    Yes, due to the value of diamonds and precious metals, all orders will required a physical signature and someone to take delivery.

  • How long will my order take?

    The delivery itself it speedy and arrives the day after dispatch. However, depending on the style of ring, the lead time will vary.

When your order is ready for ship, you'll receive a courtesy call and email confirmation of your order. From this point the mail service or courier will update you on your order's progress. But if you have any questions or concerns, get in touch and we'll do our best to help. If you can include your order number that would help.
