What is the quality of your diamonds?

We only work with high quality, ethically sourced diamonds. Our core collection includes solitaire diamonds with colour scale D - F (colourless) and clarity of very slight inclusions (VS1, VS2) or slight inclusions (SI). Find the details of each diamond in the ring details section. Furthermore, our solitaire diamonds will have excellent cut, polish and symmetry with no fluorescence. Do you offer certifications for your diamonds?

Every diamond over 0.25 carat weight comes with a GIA or IGI certificate. These are the two most popular certification bodies. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and International Gemological Institute (IGI) are both are extremely well-regarded international diamond grading institutions. Can I customise my engagement ring or wedding band?

Yes! We can make your ring in any design and diamond specification. We’re great at sourcing the best diamond for your needs and budget. We’ll work with you from design through to delivery. Can I see additional images or videos of the rings?

We’ve done our best to provide clear images and videos to showcase our ring collection. However if there is any other view or angle you’d like to see, or would like a ‘live look’ at the ring over video call, we’re happy to help. Just get in touch.

How do I select the best wedding ring to go with my engagement ring?

Our core collection offers a range of stunning solitaire diamond engagement rings and diamond set wedding or eternity rings. Our rings are designed such that each engagement ring in our collection works beautifully with any of our diamond wedding bands or eternity rings. If you already have your engagement ring and are looking to find a matching wedding band, just contact us and we’ll help you find the perfect match.

How do I determine my ring size?

There are two main ways to measure your ring size – finger circumference and ring diameter. Take a look at our ring size guide for the details of how to measure. If, once you receive your ring, the size isn’t quite right, we can arrange one complimentary ring re-size (within two sizes).

How do I find out my partner’s ring size without alerting them?

If you would like to keep the ring a surprise and you’re not sure of your partner’s ring size, we suggest you try to locate a ring normally worn on the right (or left ring) finger and measure that to estimate the ring size of the left ring finger. More about ring sizing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

How long does shipping take?

We ship with Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This means your ring will be delivered securely (signature required) the following working day after dispatch. However the total time from order to delivery lead time of your ring depends on the collection and design. Please take a look at the individual ring listing for details of the estimated time from order to delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

We apologise that we don’t currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

What is your return policy?

Rings from our core collection can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. More about delivery and returns.

If we've created a bespoke design for you, your ring will be non-refundable. However we'll work closely with you at every stage of bespoke design to make sure you'll love it.

How do I care for my diamond ring?

A diamond ring is designed to last a lifetime and beyond. Diamond is a very hard substance, and our rings are set in platinum which is a beautiful and hardwearing metal.
